About this course family
A food-business response course candidate covering a suspected wrong dish, undeclared allergen or cross-contact concern: stopping service, isolating food and utensils, communicating clearly, checking only authorised allergen information, following the customer and emergency route in the local plan, preserving labels and records, notifying the responsible manager, recording what happened and supporting review. It does not confer medical diagnosis or treatment competence.
Scope
Stop service, protect the customer, preserve information and escalate an allergy concern without guessing or improvising.
