About this course
Bullying and harassment can damage wellbeing, trust and the ability to work safely. This awareness course helps colleagues recognise concerning behaviour, respond without escalating risk and use the right support and reporting routes. It covers conduct in person and through work communications, including behaviour that may be repeated, subtle or dismissed as banter.
Who it is for
For staff across workplaces, including new starters and colleagues refreshing their awareness. Managers also have a separate responsibility to respond to concerns promptly and fairly.
What you will learn
- Recognise bullying, harassment and inappropriate workplace conduct.
- Understand why people may find it difficult to speak up.
- Respond safely if you experience or witness a concern.
- Use workplace support, reporting and escalation routes.
- Contribute to respectful everyday behaviour and avoid retaliation.
Learning and assessment
The learning route includes a knowledge assessment and an applied response activity. Learning and CPD time will be shown after governed review.
